Default HELP! CEL and 200 miles from home.

So I'm in Vienna, VA after a 200+ mile drive from VA Beach. Whole trip was solid, no problems whatsoever. Last night I. Went to repark my car and my CEL came on. It wouldn't rev past 3k so I knew the car went into limp mode. No flashing CEL so I was a little at ease.

I went to AAP and the code is P0344 Camshaft position sensor - intermittant.

I guess my question is, can I make it home? I read a few threads and some have stated that it came back later, as in a few months. I just want to make it home and I will get my hands on the part then. All the parts stores up here don't have a cam position sensor.

Did you just replace the sensor to fix it?

yea i did but in my case for some reason it didnt fix it right away you just need to hook it up and clear the code with a scan tool and you should be fine!

Which sensor needs to be replaced? I looked at Majestic's diagram and there are two sensors listed.
