Default Help CEL won't go away

Hi all. I'm a new owner of a rio pearl s2000. My issue is that a CEL light won't go off. Hooked it up to a comp and it said O2 sensor high voltage bank one sensor one, changed the sensor (upstream) and reset/erased the code. Drove for a few hours light came back on now with a code bank one sensor two being the second sensor. While I was changing the sensor1 I noticed the previous owner had already put 2 foulers (spacers) for the second sensor and the sensor looks new. Car has Megan racing headers with what seems like a full cat, maybe a high flow I'm not sure. I will try to remove the one of the foulers and see if that works, also i put 93 octane on the car since i don't know of a gas station with 91 octane. I'm in Bridgeport CT so if anyone near by want to lend a hand let me know. I need to pass emissions and it's beginning to be a headache not to mention the light on the dash is annoying. Any suggestions/ experience Thanks all

Pics would be helpful, but if the car does have the OEM cat then you do not need the antifowlers to space the 02 sensor. 93 and 91 are both ok in the S.

Thanks for the imput, i will take pics sometime this week when i get the car on a lift or jacked up. Also passing by a buddy's shop to hook it up to a reader again and erase the code temporarily, i feel like the S burns alot of gas when the CEL light is on.. maybe its a mind thing, I dont have a light foot either.

Given that the previous owner bothered to install the anti-foulers to begin with, you most likely have a high-flow cat. If they removed the high-flow cat prior to selling you the car, you would think they would have removed the anti-foulers at the same time. Try looking up pictures of a stock s2k exhaust system online and compare it to the cat currently on your car.
