Help!!! grinding noise

Thanks netwiz- It happens between 2-2,500 rpms, but like I said only when the car is "warm" and only in a straight line. It does not seem to happen when turning corners. I must say, when I give it more rpms it is lessend somewhat. Do you think that it could still be a tension pulley or possibly a clutch adjustment like Utah S2K suggested?

Bob,

Actually, I have choosen to give it a few hundred miles and see if the problem at least lessens or hopefully goes away completely. If not, I will then take it in for service.
