Help needed....low idling engine, and oil issues?

Did you just take up slack, or tighten it enough to pull a tad on the throttle?
I thought after my Idle adjustment, not only was it more responsive off of idle, but also seemed a bit stronger all the way up the tach. Possibly because of a different voltage at the TPS?
My voltage at WOT is now .46 and closed is 4.7 maybe the shift has a positive influence on the ECU mapping?
