Help! New oem serpentine belt doesn't line up
So I bought a new oem belt from Honda, Part# 38920-PCX-024. I've notice that one of the guide pulleys are off alittle making the belt start to come off on the tensioner pulley. Idk if it was like this before but I replaced the old one due to it being cracked and starting to squeal. Anybody know what's going on? I didn't change anything other than the belt.
You'll need to remove the belt and inspect each idler pulley or accessory driven by the belt. What position was the wear indicator arrow, after you replaced the belt? I suppose it is possible that the wrong belt was packaged in the one you bought.
Anyhow, here's a good YT by Eric the Car Guy, on belts.

The idler you show in your photo has a spacer from the factory. I will bet yours is missing or installed on the wrong side, from the visible misalignment...
The idler is visibly recessed relative to the crankshaft pulley and auto tensioner. Also, that spacer keeps the pulley aligned, because the bolt is narrower than the hole in the bearing. It looks as if yours may have slipped out of alignment, implying that the spacer in question might be missing altogether.
Labeled "5" in this diagram

Make sure the belt isn't off by one grove at the crank.
Also, when you remove that bolt to look for spacer #5, be careful about reverse threaded bolts. Can't recall but I believe its the tensioner pully that uses a reverse thread. The reverse threaded bolt has arrows on it showing direction to loosen. The one you are removing to look for spacer is idler, so I think that one has normal threads. But check for those arrows to be certain...
