It's engine relared as I only hear it when its on gear . But I can't hear at idling

If you can only hear it when the car is in gear and driving.....do this.....look on your prop shaft and drive shafts and make sure friends didn't put a zip-tie on any of them! No bullshit. A friend did that to me once; it sounded like a weird tapping, and it drove me apeshit!!!! Its funny as hell once you figure it out though.

If the noise is bouncing off of a wall you drive past. My guess would be an Exhaust leak???

My car exhaust is stock and clean free of rust. I don't think Thats it.

ive totally done this to a friends car lol...he couldnt figure it out for a week

Man, when they did that to me. . . it drove me insane!! But, I've done it a few times since, and it never stops being funny.

It doesn't matter that it is a stock exhaust, or that it is rust free. You could have a bad exhaust manifold gasket and it will sound very similar to what you are describing. . . .

Cards in a bicycle makes me think TCT (Timing Chain Tensioner) but I could be wrong. I didn't even watch the video..
