hessitation when on the throttle

hessitation when on the throttle
ok so about 5 to 700 miles ago i had a new clutch , pressure plate, and fly wheel installed on my 06 s. well when i got the vehical back the shop that did my work sayed my second o2 heater sensor failed and now its throwing a code. well ive since not had it replaced in just thinking its ok cuz teh 2nd o2 doesnt really mater. now ive been knowticing ever since then that occationaly ill have a hessitation on heavy throuttle applications. it doesnt ahppen all the time its just on occation and more offten the others in cold temps. any ideas??
