Default High compression results

Did a compression test tonight and got 250, 245, 250, 260. I checked each cylinder twice to confirm. I haven't seen another engine test this high. Is it normal to have such high numbers on an engine with 125,000 miles?

Note: Forgot to depress accelerator during test. Can this cause high numbers?

I did mine recently and got between 268 and 270 on all cylinders. Nice high numbers certainly aren't anything to worry about, as long as it's within reason. Another gauge might read 240 or even 220. Your numbers are pretty consistent across the cylinders so that's the most important thing, a healthy engine I would guess

Looks good to me, last time I checked my compression was around the same numbers with an f22.
