high rev sound

high rev sound

When start reving past eight I hear a kind of ring (more noticible in second or third). I dont know a whole lot about engine sounds and was wonding if anyone else had this same sound. Perhaps a piston ring?

Normal.

Apparently there's some kind of harmonic vibration at 8000rpm or so that announces itself via that ringing bell sound. some people say it's the harmonic frequency of the block.
