Similar problem here. Had several tire balances done to no avail UNTIL I had them done on a road force type balancer. That took care of the vibrations for me. Not many shops have that kind of balancers because they're damn expensive, but they are the best out there.

 

try rolling your windows down at those speeds and see if it goes away.

i have the 70-80mph vibration and it is aero induced.
