i noticed driving home lately and when i cruise and go neutral and as my car slows down, i hear this hissing or almost even like something is dragging and as my car comes to a stop, it goes away.

anybody have any idea or possibly what that could be coming from? i'm wondering if it is from a brake, or parking brake or even a bearing?
