Default Honda OEM lugnuts

I installed coils on my car 2 weeks ago and 2 days ago I was washing my car and I noticed that one of my lugnuts on the fronts were missing...
I was wondering if I would be able to use lugnuts off a CRX... Only set of lugnuts I found on CL was a set of CRX lugs. Thanks

probably, but a single lug nut from the dealer shouldn't be too expensive

They might end up being the same lugs and be okay, Honda lugs don't differ too much. What rims are you running ?, if you have aftermarket rims that might explain why you are missing lugs - spherical seats vs. conical seats. If not then you need to install the lugs to proper torque spec - 80 ft lbs. There is a reason why the two lugs are missing so you should figure it out before you lose a wheel on the road. Check all 4 wheels for proper lugs and torque setting.
