It would destroy the S to remove and attempt to reposition with the 3M automotive adhesive on it. Only Master Billman would notice; no one else would.
I still have the original H but it is kinda fun for some folks to have no idea what make the car is when they spot the S.

So what do you think, Chuck? Looks like.............

Use a fishing line wich i am sure you have and pull it between the hood and the emblem in a "Sawing" motion. This Removes emblems and other things wich are attached with this double sided 3M adhesive Tape. I have done it succesfully. It´s safe and dont harm the paint. Place it again in the Proper postion.

When soemebody ask you, tell him it´s a "Scare-lotti", a handbuild italian Sports car or so.
