Hello All,

I just received my S2000 today and love it so far although I cannot drive it yet due to no registration. I noticed that there is space at the front of the hood where it should sit flush along the front bumper. When I close the hood, it latches and locks, but there is still a gap that makes it look like it's not closed all the way. The hood sticks up a little.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I tried doing a Google search but to no avail.

I would try first adjusting the hood latch. When you open the hood, there are 3-10mm bolts holding it on. Adjust it down until you get the height you are looking for. Don't forget about the rubber snubbers under the hood around the radiator support either. They might need adjusting also. Just turn them left/right to get them to move up/down.
