Default Horn Wiring!

I have searched for tuts on and off for months,

I have since upgraded my steering wheel to a personal unit. I want to wire up the horn and nix the SRS light.

I have a Personal wheel with NRG QR. System & Short hub.

I also purchased a metal horn contact for a 88-91 civic that allows the wiring to me mounted in a stationary position and make contact with the back of the short hub to complete the circuit. I don't know anything about grounding, where or what color the horn wire(s) are and how this will all work up to the button.

second I have read that some use a 2.5 ohm resistor other use a 5 ohm resistor - which will work and where the hell does it go?

thanks for any advice!

Leading in the cable reel, it is orange, but it looks like leaving the reel it splits off (to the horn switch and to the cruise control set/resume switch) it is black or brown. The switch grounds the relay, so after putting in the switch (or button), the other side needs to be grounds. OEM grounds through the steering wheel itself. This is a normally open button correct?
