How to change your coolant for dummies-
Sorry, that is a new issue i've come across with my Photobucket account in the past week or so. They have just changed their user policy and I'll need to pay for an account to include the photos. Please be patient.

ya very bummed that PB did that
looks like I have to replace my radiator and was going to use this guide. At work my car didn't start so I had to pop the hood to jumpstart the car. Come to find a little coolant is seeping out around the filler neck area and leaked down to the fan. It wasn't much. It spray a little on the intake (injen cai) piping as well. It was dried up green substance. I figure I have about 150k on the orig radiator that its time to replace it. I went with the koyo radiator since I heard good things about them and it was a direct replacement. Read that you have to get a slightly bigger radiator cap so I did. Honda radiator fluid coming this week as well. Only gripe is that the koyo will be coming in next week. Glad I have another car to drive
I was going to get an oem but it was way more expensive than the koyo (270 shipped, made of alum vs plastic). No brainer.
Hopefully you can rehost the picture somewhere else.
Hoping the honda DYI guy do a video on coolant replacement as well...finger cross

This writeup helped a lot! However, some things I experienced during my coolant change:
For whatever reason, I was unable to get the heater blowing hot with the engine just idling up to operating temp. I must have cycled the car on and off and bled the air out like, 8 times, the heat was still not blowing out hot air, and I wasn't getting much, if any, air out of the bleed valve, just coolant everywhere
. I figured maybe the coolant isn't getting to the heater core so I revved the engine a bit (3k rpms for like 5 seconds) and boom! Heat started coming out of the vents! I shut off the car, opened the bleed valve and finally more air came out. I guess the air in there just needed a bit more pressure to get it out.

This is what worked for me, I had to rev the engine a little to get the hot air to start, then bleed and all good.
well, back to it again. Honda recommends replacing coolant at 10 years, then every 5 years thereafter so I'm changing the coolant again.
I"m also replacing the main coolant hoses which has been a monumental pain. It has been extremely challenging to remove the hose clamps.
Also, I'm not sure why the photos are working again from PBucket- at any rate, enjoy for now

After you do this, I assume you turn it off and take the key out? This is just to open the valve to let more coolant out? Or you keep the car in the on position the whole time?
also, while I’m asking questions, do you know what size tube is that you use on the bleeder? I have 1/4” ID but think it’s too small.
