Default how to revive a dead battery?

i'd just return from canada and left my S parked for 14 months, stupid me i didn't disconnect the battery or use any battery maintainer before i left
now the battery is dead. i'm able to jump start the car but when i turn the the steering wheel to full lock the car just die instantly and it won't start again
i'd think the battery wasn't holding any charge so i figure i need some help to revive my dead odyssey pc680.

i'm wondering if i use this BatteryMINDer Charger/Maintainer/Desulfator - 1.3 Amp, 12 Volt, Model# 12117 sold at sears would it revive my battery
http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_1...6&blockType=G6

or should i use a Schumacher SpeedCharge Battery Maintainer and Charger
http://www.walmart.com/ip/Schumacher...arger/13005742

or this Schumacher SE-1-12S 1.5Amp Fully Automatic On-Board Maintainer and Charger
http://www.walmart.com/ip/Schumacher...arger/15167360

or should i use any combination of the 2 mention above
btw i've only use the battery for about 4 months before i went to canada
thank in advance for any given info

It never hurts to try and recharge the battery, but it is most likely dead and will need to be replaced.

I would call around to some parts stores and see if they can test it for you.

First I'd check to see if the battery is getting 14 to 14.7 volts when the engine is running. I have had my battery go dead twice so far(left the map lights on) so dead that the battery would not even turn on the dash lights. All I did was jump it to start it and went for a drive and so far the battery took the charge and is working fine. Most battery tenders will not fix a dead battery, it has to have some juice in the battery to keep it fully charged. Try running the engine for 15 min. and then see if it will start or if the battery is taking a charge.

Best option is to take the battery to a local part store. Most of them will check/recharge for free

Your battery is old enough to likely just be weak and dead at this point. Time for a new one.
