I am sure it has been covered before.....but has anyone had any luck in trying to fix the HUGE dropoff in power around 8600RPM??

I believe it gets peak power at 8600...A lot of people shift around then, not at redline.

It's better to shift the closest to cut-off as possible, cause in doing that you will stay in the v-tec range !!!

V-AFC got me largest gains past peak power with a 20hp gain at redline.

Yeah plus it's not a huge dropoff in HP. Just a slight one.
