Take an old oil jet bolt and cut 3 lines in the threads with a die grinder and make your own tap. I'd imagine you'll have a tough time finding a tap this size.

I take it you cross threaded it?
i found the tap

HERE

what can i do, so none of the little pieces go inside the block?

Not much other than be careful. Most will just drop out. Use a cotton bud after tapping or blow out with an air line (although that could be messy).

If you have the front timing cover off to get the timing chain off you will access to the main oil gallery. The timing cover actually caps the end of the main gallery that the bore squirters are screwed into. You should be able to blow out any swarf with compressed air. Push an airline blower beyond the drilling so any swarf comes back out the main gallery, then blow through the hole forcing anything near the threads back through to the bottom end.

If the oil bolt is in a separate branch another trick is to pump the oil gallery full of shaving cream so it comes out of the hole you are about to retap. Once you have tapped the thread pump in more shaving cream so it pushes out any swarf. The shaving cream is OK to leave there as it evaporates to a thin soap film that will wash away with the oil.

The shaving cream trick works well when putting a timesert into a stripped spark plug hole. You put the cylinder at BTC, fill it with shaving cream them tap the thread. You then turn the engine over and the swarf comes out riding on a worm of shaving cream.

Good luck

Chris.

The big question is, did you cross thread it or strip it?

I can't believe this thread has gone on the way it has.

We need to know the problem before we can answer for sure.

I assume cross because putting this bolt in with the oil pump and pick up in place is a black art. You need a really nice flex drive and the patience of Job.

Very easy to cross.

Helicoil is a good alternative as someone mentioned before.

I hear that when you professional race a motor, that it's a good idea to tap all the aluminum bolts and replace with steel helicoils.

i think i strip the threat, because every time i tried to screw the bolt, and take it out, it would come out with little pieces on the bolt. =/

i can't find a helicoil kit for this size =/

This doesn't sound good...

Since Honda is using a non-standard bolt (please confirm it's not a standard M8 fine or course) you dont have many options left.

I'm not sure if you can upsize the banjo and what effect it would have on the pressure, if you did retap and use a motorcycle banjo bolt or BMW bolt then you might have a decrease in the pressure and you'd only be replacing the motor down the road.

You could take the stripped block to a welder and get them to fill it in with material and retap it.
