did you bore out the intake plenum side of the TB to 72mm, or whatever the size of your TB was?

That is good info!
But what - from your experience - does the car, if the TP Sensor does not read exactly 5.45 ohms? How much can it alter from that value?
Any experience with aftermarket TPS (i.e. omni-power, etc)?
