Default installing ricks alluminum pulley

Hey guys...this is probably a dumb question, but does anyone have any idea what size the bolt on the pulley attached to the alternator?? I'm having trouble removing it...looks like a double nut, one big and one small on top of it.

The locknut needs a 10mm wrench, but you have to hold the hex thing below it with a 22mm wrench. When replacing, that 10mm nut needs 81.7 lb/ft. After time, it may take much more than 82 lb/ft to get it cracked loose.

Kind of off topic question - if upgrading the pulleys is such a significant benefit, why don't more manufacturers make these? The price point seems right and Rick seems to be selling a ton of these.

Actually it is due to the number of cars on the road. For the S2000, there are very few compared to the 350Z, small block chevys and the like. That is a bigger reason.

There is a ton of stiff for other cars that we just will never see. So we either need to step up, or it will not get done.

Tommy, you need an impact to get that bolt out. The two wrench thing will just eat up time and piss you off in the end.
