Default Interior dome light problem

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but whenever i try to turn my overhead lights on in the interior of of my car, I have to jiggle the switch and kind of finesse it into place. I feel like there's loose wiring. Any feedback is much appreciated.

you can also use 00 steel wool to clean the contacts, i also put some dielectric grease to prevent it from happening in the future.

Never use steel wool on contacts as the dust will rust. Bronze wool, routinely used for furniture refinishing, is available at hardware stores everywhere and is inert.
