Default intermittent ac problem

sup s2ki fam,

Just recently from time to time, my ac will stop blowing cold air (switch on the whole time, original frion) for like a few minutes, then resume proper working order. Should I be worried about a frion addition,ac switch, or relay in the near future? Thanks in advance! peace

the system does cycle on and off and you can feel the temp difference but it shouldn't be a large difference. Apparently the compressor can shut off at higher rpms and WOT use, I haven't experienced it but it makes sense to do that, in those circumstances it can take a bit of time for the compressor to work again, but it wouldn't be a few minutes, maybe 20 seconds max ?.

If the system cycle on n off and the ac is not as cold as it use to b tat means the pressure is low n theres a leak somewhere.

Truly two minutes? Than get the system checked out. If you're being dramatic and it's closer to 30-50s it's the system cycling. On very hot days 90f+ you'll be able to feel the air temp difference - completely normal.
