Invidia header install With pics and info
#2
I didn't have to remove anything. Once I got the stock header and heatshield off through the bottom, I just put the new one in but just reverse order (from bottom up). I have J's btw, so don't know how different the piping and design is. It's best to do it with 2 persons. It might take some wiggling and forcing. And you might slightly scratch it but..it saves time from removing motor mounts.

Make sure to go in thru the bottom of the car. This will save damage to the valve cover and other scratches. Put a few CLEAN shop towels between any metal surfaces that might scratch.

Why don't you just get under the car and if it doesn't fit, spend the extra 5 minutes and unbolt the motor mount?
This question is amid at someone who has had experience with this brand of header install.
