This spark plug will not have the special lock washer specially requested by HONDA. So, check and make sure it will not come loose after every oil change.
You should be aiming for closer to 0.032".
Don't worry about the crush washers on the NGK copper racing plugs. Just make sure you are on the correct torque (18-20 ft/lbs.) The original crush washers of the original plugs on the early S2000's were not compatible with each other given the old torque specs (13 ft/lbs.).

Out of curiosity, xviper, why gap to 0.032"? The OEM specs are 0.039" - 0.043" and I usually see an increase in gap to about 0.044 " - 0.047" when running cooler plugs.

Interesting. I wonder if that is part of my troubles on my EMS tuning. I'm gapped at 0.045 right now. I'll have to try it out.
