I had a defective balck box shipped with kit-took us an etra 4 hours regoing over everything that it could have possibly been. Also had some trouble with the belt tensioner and arbor. Broke one. very tricky to tighten correctly, but now we have it down to a science. Vortech promptly repalced all bad parts without hassle-I just got stuck with all the labor bills! Phil

What were the symtoms of the defective black box? What specific tips would you recommend for adjusting the tensioner?

could you please tell me how much the belt cost?

I may need to get vortech to send me two next week.
My invoice says $27.00 for the belt, looks like that's with shipping as well.

I had to go digging for my replacement belt. Here's all the #'s
4060510 and 6PK1295 appear on the paper sleeve the belt came in. On the back of the sleeve Nissan 2.4L I have no idea what belt or what year Nissan 2.4L the belt also fits. The belt has 6 ribs and measures 21mm across. With the belt stretched out it measured 24 3/8" I hope that helps.
