Default Just installed K&N intake

everything seems to work fine and pulls great but I pulled the cap thingy on the air control solenoid valve and when I put it back on..... all I can hear is it sucking in air.

It threw the code the next day. I was driving it all night and even in the morning nothing until I go on lunch for work I start the car and I see a CEL.

I was wondering if I can just plug the hole or something to stop the CEL.

I would also like to know if its safe to drive.

heres how it looks. I pulled the black cap off and put it back on: http://imagehost.vendio.com/a/250567...m/100_6365.JPG

Are you sure you put the correct air lines lines to the correct points? They're not too easy to get mixed up since the lines kind of make a shape to the points with age... but it's possible

Ill have to double check that. I still need to check the code as well.

does anyone have a diagram to which one goes to which? the instructions aren't the easiest to follow.

mixing up the lines will make a loud noise, I recall another owner doing that by accident.

I don't know the code yet. I will soon.

But I can hear air sucking in from the black cylinder looking thing after I pulled it off.

Will this fit on my Honda?

Installed the K&N FIPK on both AP1 and AP2 cars and never saw it.

Like I mentioned installed on an AP1 and AP2 and this part was not involved.

Googled it and got sent back to messages here which show it. There were some notes about not disconnecting it or you'd "throw a code."

Here's one note.
