hi all , i always hear that knock especially when i push clutch pedal ,its very short like half of a second , it make knock , release and another knock... sometimes also at low speed when i turn a corner i hear that sound w/o touching the clutch pedal when accelerate . it come from the rear left wheel i think.

I always noticed that noise since i have the car but it seems to me it happen more often since few weeks.
Diff or clutch? is it warranty i have the honda plus ( april 2008) the car have now 54 000 km and i dont drop the clutch for racing or maybe once a month.

ok the sound is more like a loud click on a computer mouse !!!!

Rear left sounds like CV joint. You can test for it by accelerating around a right hand bend. If you hear or feel a shudder then it is the CV.

 

the sound is louder in a driver seat ,,i have a maintenace scheduled in 1000 kms ,ill talk to mechanic then.

 

Tighten to 220 Ft-Lbs

 

"Loud click like computer mouse" definitely sounds like spindle nuts to me too.

 

ok they solved the problem the mechanic had to tie both shaft now its perfect!!!!!!!!!!
