knocking noise, is it LSD? Help needed
Hi folks, do you mind taking a look at my video? Is it normal to have this kind of clunk noise when I rotate rear wheel back and forth? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F0rt9LeyVwI
I first noticed I would hear a loud clunk after putting the car in reverse and backing up from the garage cold in the morning. Lately the car started to make single clunk noise from the rear when the weight suddenly shifts to the rear. I searched the forum and found a lot of posts describing similar problems. I know it could be rear caliper bolts, suspension, LSD, axle, wheel bearing, etc. So I am in the process of locating the problem. My axle nuts were retorqued so that can be ruled out.
My car is a 2001 and is totally factory.

leemaverickly, ok did a valve adjustment, today. Afterwards, I lifted the rear and tried spinning the tires. Each side. With opposite side free and held. No clunking noise, at all. Really, a very smooth feel.
Sorry, about that.
