LEAKING
The grease may make the seals more supple, I don't know. Won't hurt to start your deferred maintenance now.
I don't know if the previous owner ever greased the seals but there are no leaks and I've been greasing mine. I had lunch with the HR rep from Shin Etsu last year. In Cleveland of all places where they have some facility.
Tube of the grease will last the lifetime of your car. There are some rubber seals around the hood (bonnet for those over there) that should be greased. Body is steel and the hood is aluminum. Seal keeps the dissimilar medals apart.
A surprise to many (some?): there's good information in the owner's manual and it ain't that hard to read. Use a highlighter.

I would inspect ALL the rubber very closely and clean it thoroughly and lube it as suggested. If you don't find any likely suspect area doing that, focus on the window position, and how it is closing against the rubber. If you work on it you will find the issue and be able to fix it. I assume you are confident its not coming through the top fabric itself?
I agree though - my car does not leak one iota - so you will be able to get it sorted out.

Sorry to bring this back but the leak is back

I reseal the front section (the one on the photos) and no leak there so yey. However, now is leaking on the next section towards the bottom of the curve (I will post pics later on). can that section be seal like the other one?
Thanks all.

I had a similar issue with water entering the leading edge of the seal and traveling back to the next section and leaking on my shoulder. My first attempt at fixing it moved the leak JUST like you have stated, from the corner to the first real joint. Your 4th picture shows that the water is coming from between the front corner section and the first section on the side of the frame. I fixed it by performing the following, you may have done the first few already based on your above post.
1. open the top partially
2. you will find a screw on the front of each corner of the top holding the first section of the rubber seal, remove it
3. the piece should easily remove and you will find a small section of foam, my foam was dry rotted and fell apart
4. remove the next section of the rubber seal, they come off rather easy
5. clean everything extremely well ( i had slime in there from the leak ) let it all dry COMPLETELY
6. you can then reassemble the section and with that front piece held on with the screw, replace the foam that is now gone with a small bead of RTV silicone, you do not want that crap leaking out and getting on some of the interior carpeting as it will be nasty to clean up, cover things with a towel as you clamp the top down
7. once that RTV has set, open the top and give your seals a nice rubdown with the Honda Shin Etsu grease paying attention to the areas the seals contact each other. I tend to be liberal in my application of it, give it a bit to rest and use a cloth to cleanup the excess. A little does go a long way.
