Default left low beam out

turned on the car last night and realized my left low beam(HID) is out. looked at the fuses, looked in at the connections, and as far as i can tell everything looks connected. can anyone give me some pointers what to look at to figure out whats going on? what might disconnect here? only the low beams are out, hi beams and turn signals are fine.

As mentioned above swap bulbs to verify whether your bulb went out or the ballast is dead. If the working right side bulb doesn't come on the left side after swapping then you more than likely have yourself a bad ballast.

It's a quick and easy replacement.

They are on Ebay for $140'ish.

if you like, i can send you some info on the head light kit that im currently using. i had the same thing happen to my MY01. left low beam went out. went to dealer, paid $156 for bulb, put bulb in, didnt fix it. they wanted another $380ish for the ballast, and i politley told them to F off. i found the kit i go (2 low beam bulbs, 2 high's, and new 55watt (stock is 35w, 55w>35w) ballasts , with 2nd day shipping all for $160ish.) ddm tuning was the website i used. Also - when working with HID (and any other high performance bulb) do not touch the bulb with your bare fingers as the oil deposits can shorten its life.
