Lightened Flywheels, any major difference?
Im considering getting a TODA flywheel when i get my tsb's done. im just wondering if it will shave off any time on my 1/4 et? if so about how much? a lighter flywheel is only felt in the first and second gears correct? is this mod worth the 500 bucks or should i just dump that money towards some new rims for my other car?

You should look at the flywheel as a performance driving enhancer, rather than an acceleration booster.
The Toda although just a bit lighter than the Spoon, has a much lower 'moment' allowing quicker revs.
I cant say there are any negative effects on driveability.

For lightened flywheels in general the pros and cons are:
pro: faster acceleration
con: harder to hold a steady speed, more rev drop during shifting
How these factors play out depends on a complicated interplay. I probably wouldn't do it on a strictly street car but I don't have any specific knowledge about the S. In any event, I'm guessing your acceleration gains might be small.
