Lights at bottom of gause cluster won't appear

yes it ended up being copper circuit trace on back of cluster that feeds power to the bulbs. You need to access this piece by removing the green board on back of your cluster.

@Damian Duran Did you just use a piece of electrical wire and resolder the connection?

no, luckily Honda still sells this piece. It’s the entire film with ribbon cables, #15 in schematic I believe. Only 20 bucks, but you COULD also resolder. I decided to replace it in my situation. not sure if they are year specific, but mines is an 06 and it worked out great for me. Try to find the root cause as to why it blew in the first place if you have the same issue.
