Yes just check the second link I posted, there are two coolant hoses on the stock heat exchanger which the oil filter sits on top of.

 

Replacing the vc gasket without doing the valve adjustment is a waste. I find it hard to believe that a vc laek can reach those hoses.

Vtec valve, oil psi switch, tct, vtec psi switch, THOSE are the leak sources that can reach those hoses.
