Is this the loose TC sound?

Default Is this the loose TC sound?
After a drive I hear this clicking sound from the engine.

90k miles 2007 and TCT probably never changed as I am the second owner and first owner was a business woman.

I recorded a video, what do you guys think?

There is no tensioner noise present there.
