Maintenance Help
I have my 2004 s2k for a little over a year now and I do my regular oil changes myself I do them at every 3000 miles. Couple questions I have is should I be running synthetic oil? If so what numbers? My car has about 75,000 miles in the car. I just installed my cold air, header and catback exhaust not much but it's a start. What other maintenance should I do to the s2k so it runs perfect and smooth? Some people suggested a valve adjustment etc..

I also have a 04, since 10/03...i have done the oil changes for the most part myself, use Chevron (obtained at costco) 10/30 and good quality filters, either honda, K&N or fram...i change oil about every 6 months....drive about 8,000 a year with this car...and use NO oil between changes that I can detect.
I have had fluids changed by dealer at one time....i have 52,000 miles. car runs perfectly and has always.

I wanna change all the fluids what brands and numbers should I use for tranny diff? Clutch I need to buy soon because I feel it going when on high rpm so that will get changed soon to complete clutch kit and flywheel

Check out the 'Oil Journals' in the sticky at the top and do some reading. You'll get a grab bag of opinions from every Brand X fanboi by asking your question.
Tranny diff? I'm guessing you mean transmission and rear differential. For that, popular choices are Honda's MTF-2 and the GM Syncromesh. For the rear differential stick with a quality lube in the 75w-90 or 75w-110 weights. 75w-110 is a bit harder to find but is suggested, by many, to be close in specs to the original fill in the S2k.

-Use only OEM Plugs. yes they are a rip off but the "same" NGK" plug isn't really the "same"
-oil changes every 3-5K w/ OEM filters
-Diff & tranny every year. If you can do an engine oil change you should be able to complete a diff/tranny fluid change as well.
