the 70mm invidia tp give a cel after 44miles, so hoping the old fix will work for my07
please post your results
Just an FYI, the 02 spacer trick is to erradicate code P0420 only (cat efficiency) for those wanting to run a test pipe, or for those who's cat-converter has worn out and are tired of the CEL
It has worked great for me on 00-05, but the 06-07 is definitely tough. It is very sensitive, seems like those who've had success are getting the luck of the draw, or very specific parts.
I have just tried:
-first spacer screwed into test pipe, untouched
-second spacer drilled barely bigger than the 02 for a close seal
the CEL still comes back.
At this point I am going to weld the hole shut in the first spacer, and re-drill it out about 1/8" maybe smaller.
I'll let you know how it goes....

My $$$$ is on no easy mechanical simulator for the DBW cars. The Catalyst and 02 sensor monitors are more complex than previous cars.
I've got a guy at work with a Berk TP and a 07 complete with CEL.
