Missing entire air pump assembly..why?

well there are lines coming off the airpump, one of those goes to the intake, and turbo guys don't want that crap there

also, most turbo guys go with a stand alone EMS, which doesn't require the use of emissions equipment, so they remove it to clean up the car/engine bay a little bit

It also complicates the installation of a water pump for an air-liquid intercooler for supercharged setups.

Either the car was boosted or NA modded six ways to Sunday.
