i had to buy a Mobil1 filter today because i don't have time to go to the Honda dealer--it had a different number of those pink holes on top of the filter near the threads, and it wouldn't fit the OEM Honda filter wrench. but it was the right filter according to Advance Auto's computer system. i checked it twice myself...

is this filter ok??

 

It should be fine. I don't see why not. I have seen where people use Mobil1 filters. Personally I would swap to an OEM whenever I got a chance or the next oil change. It's you call.
Maybe someone with more knowledge will step in. But it should be fine.

 

Its fine, that should be a quality filter.
