Default more torque specs

So i need the torque specs for head assembly.
If anyone could show me where to find all of them that'd be great. I usually use alldata pro from class but i didnt go today :/

thatll be head bolts, intake manifold, header, valve cover, cams!

also the torque patterns would be nice as well. thanks guys!

i believe the head bolts are 22ft/lbs plus 2 90 degree turns.

and i believe i know the sequence for tightening the head, but i'd like to see for reassurance. especially the intake, exhaust, and cams.

are you referring to fuel injector gaskets? if yes, you can find them at autoparts stores...as for whether you need them, i bought a set from an autopart store but i ended up reusing my old ones because they appeared to be in very good condition.

hmmm...btw, are you referring to the crush washers in the fuel damper thingy? i didn't remove it when i replaced by fuel injectors because i didn't have a 22 mm wrench.
