In my situation i bought a car with a berk test pipe that has the CEL fix installed. The owner of the car shorted out the oxygen sensor when installing it to the new test pipe so the engine light is on because the sensor no longer works. What sensor do i need to buy, where from and how much?!

You already know that the oxygen sensor no longer works like you said, so what do you mean what sensor do you need to buy? Look up s2000 o2 sensor and you will find tons that you can buy. Hell, just go to your autozone and buy one.
