if its under warranty, then honda will definatley cover it. the map sensor is known to go bad on some s2000's. its only a $40 part and is very easy to remove/install. its the small plastic piece on top of the intake manifold with a blue honda sticker on it. it is held down by two screws.

98 Octane....

Btw My problem is fixed.. Thanks RazorV3 and everyone that helped me to fixed this problme...

I took the Map Sensor out and give it a hit with and put it back it and works like< THE BEST EVER...
