I replaced the TCt and the noise is still there. It is still prominent gears 1-3/rpm 3k-up. I replaced it with OEM honda. I dont know if this is serious or not. Plz help

That doesn't sound like valvetrain or TCT or valvetrain noise to me.. I'm not an expert by any means, but usually the TCT is more of a tick-tick-tick kind of noise. I'd describe yours as more of a thunk-thunk-thunk from the way it sounds in the video...

Hopefully somebody more knowledgeable can chime in. It's hard to tell over the computer, but if that thunking is as loud as it sounds in the video, I'd be hesitant to run the engine if I didn't absolutely have to. Sounds pretty serious to me.

Anyway, I know that wasn't too helpful, but maybe it'll get your thread a little more attention.

I will add as well that IT ONLY MAKES THIS NOISE UNDER LOAD.

Wouldnt a rod knock be constant through idle or under load?

I'm thinking either rod knock or you possibly spun a rod bearing. Whatever the case is, I definitely would not drive it or even run it for very long at all. Did you run high RPM's when you were low on oil, over rev it, or anything like that?

I definitely sounds like rod knock. Listen to others and don't drive the car. It sounds pretty serious. I would hate to see further damage and have to replace the motor.

How is the oil level? AP1s are known to burn oil. Maybe that has some hand in it?
