Default MY07 s2000 looses coolant?

I did a quick check around on the car last weekend. I noticed the coolant was low. I was a bit surprised since it only has about 9k miles on it and I don't really drive it hard. After coming across some of threads on proper breaking, I did change my oil a little before 3750, but maintenance minder was around 10% on then (at least, that's what I recall since I kinda worried after reading all those threads that I might have changed the oil too prematurely). But trying to remember, it was a low number but not quite single digit yet.

That does correlate with a somewhat fast coolant consumption? I don't see any leaks either at work or garage.

I worked for two different dealer ships and that all comes down to the Tech doing the PDI ( pre delivery inspection), alot of times the cars come with almost no fluid in the over flow containers, Its possible that the guy missed that and didnt top it off.

just fill it to the max line, i dont think its using coolant with only 9K and you said you didnt see any leaks.

Dont sweat it!!! just keep an eye on it

Add coolant. You will be fine as the two post above are accurate statements if not possibilities.

My coolant is loose too. I don't like it tight.

Mine was at the MIN when I checked.
I added some coolant and it's fine ever since.
