Default need help with eps relocation

Today while starting my fusebox and eps box relocation I unplugged the eps box on my 06. I had the battery disconnected and I unbolted the box and removed the three connectors. I was basically just looking at the wiring and planning my approach. I ran short on time so I reconnected the eps box and reconnected the battery. When I started the car my eps light was on and the power steering was not functioning. I scanned the car with my snap on scanner and it showed no trouble codes. I double checked all connections and tried removing the battery cable and reconnecting the eps plugs. Nothing changes, does the eps need to be relearned or reset after being unplugged? Any help would be appreciated.

You flipped the 2 2 pin connectors on the EPS unit.

I've yet to see a Snap-on scanner that supports EPS.

Thank you slows. You were correct my friend. I did not realize both connectors were the same. Thanks for the info.

OEM plug location as EPS unit sits in stock position:

connector with Black wire, white/red wire (rear of unit)

connector with Green wire, red wire (front of unit)

Sorry to bring this thread back but i was doing basically the same thing and when I hooked everything back up a few things i happened...
- Power steering doesn't work but, no EPS light. EPS doesn't even bulb check when key is turned on.
- Speedo works, but tach does not
- Vehicle idles extremely low when stopping at a stop sign/red light. Forgot I had the battery disconnected as well, idle has re-learned now.

I did de-pin the connectors but i drew out where they go on the connector and double checked them once in.

Perhaps if someone knows the pin-out for the connectors i could triple check, otherwise maybe this has happened to someone before.
