Need help with A/F!

You could swap widebands to make sure the 1st reading is accurate, old sensors deteriate over time and can give false readings.

If you where making changes to the VAFC while making back to back pulls I could see heatsoak being a factor. It would depend if you where giving the car any cool down time.

Where the ECT and IAT temps close on all the dyno runs?

The A/F sensor was brand new (installed the day before)!!!

Heat Soak couldve definitely been a factor since all pulls were back to back, But since I had such a high A/F reading, I expected to at least maintain HP while tunning close to 13.8, but that didn't happen
