Hate to say it but everyone here is right. Engine noise is rod knock and that means new engine 
. AP1's are known to sip oil, especially under high rpm right(I think?) turns, when it typically produces white smoke. They really should make a service bulletin warning owners to check oil levels weekly or delete/plug their pcv valve.

Well ill find out tomarrow. I don't know shit about a f20c in rebuilding it maybe its time to find out or should I just try to find a low mileage f20c in see what I can sell in salavage on this motor?

What year is your car and what is the mileage How low was the oil? Did you check both sides of the dipstick, Also do you rev the motor past 6000rpm all the time? what kind of oil did you use? What Viscosity? How long have you had the car and what is its history?
