I hope you're not serious. Who checks their oil every two days? If your car burns that much oil in 2 days, you already need a new motor!!

If it was under the first x mark, then it filled up the filter. You didn't put enough oil in it. You were like .8 - 1.2 quarts low. From first x to the last x is 1 quart, not counting the filter. Did you mess around with your PCV? that would explain some severe oil burning. Your car drank the oil(burned it).
