I'm trying to remove my stock header and I removed the two uper header heat shield bolts. When I tried to remove the last one in the middle it got a little loose and then it got tighter and tigher as I tried to open it. I'm confused, is it rusted? why is it getting tighter instead becoming loose? The bolt is circled in RED in the picture below. thanks for the help and suggestions.

 

It will not come out. The heat shield is slotted so it can be removed without removing that bolt

 

Not much you can do , you can try to spray some bolt lubricant but it won't get into the area you need, just keep loosening , it is rusted , it can break on you but you don't have many choices. Mine came out reasonably well.

What is this yelllow stuff on the motor mount?

 

Can you feel it ?, some people have reported an orange fluid leaking out of the broken motor mounts, if it isn't an orange fluid then it might just be paint.
