Default oem header removal

Hey, so im trying to install my plm header, and i removed every nut except the one that is connected to a bracket and heatshield and header down at the bottom which connects to the engine, i just cant get it to budge even with breaker bar or air ratchet, and i let the bolt soak in wd40 for an 30 mins, anyone have any tips to get this thing off?

freeze it with an upside down can of computer duster, if that dosent work find a way to SHOCK it with brute force such as hitting the head of it with a hammer, its in a tight space tho so you will have to figure that out. Also i think the easiest way to actually remove the header whenn all disconnected it is from the bottom. Maybe the only way ?

I just removed mine and that bolt was a PITA indeed. I used my jack's pipe(?) to put over the rachet and pretty much hang on it to break the bolt. I used WD-40 on all the bolts 20 minutes before I even touched any bolt. Try using a big big breaker bar and try to hang on it with all your weight..unless you weigh 100lbs. In that case, I hope you have some friends that weight over 150lbs?

I am sure you are already aware of this but please make sure that you place your jack stands perfectly and even stack blocks under your car before ripping at that bolt with a extension bar.

Try heating it up with a torch or MAP gas.

just removed mine and it came off very easily, on an 8 year old s2k.

Try a stronger air gun.
